By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Services

All products are made and sold by By Byrd, based in Belgium.
Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations due to the handmade and custom nature of our work.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modify or discontinue products or pricing without prior notice.
Limit or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Custom Orders & Grillz

All grillz and personalized jewelry are custom-made to your mold, design, and specifications.
Because of this, custom orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production has started.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Your design and mold approval is final.
Fit and style depend on your provided mold accuracy.
Grillz are considered personal hygiene items, therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

We do not take responsibility for any discomfort or misuse after delivery.

4. Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed at checkout before production begins.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as available on our website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and production times vary based on design complexity.
Estimated production times are displayed on product pages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives defective or damaged.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bybyrd.com with clear photos for review.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of By Byrd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

By Byrd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions or improper use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.
