1. Order Processing

All orders are handcrafted and made to order.
Please allow 7–21 business days for production and processing before shipping, depending on design complexity and workload.
Ready-to-ship jewelry usually ships within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has been created and inspected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Methods & Times

We ship worldwide from Belgium using trusted courier services such as Bpost, DHL, or UPS, depending on your region.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note: these are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
By Byrd has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been shipped and handed to the courier, By Byrd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and notify us at info@bybyrd.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will assist you in filing a claim where possible.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.


6. Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number once dispatched.
You can track your shipment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
