Return & Refund Policy

All of our jewelry and grillz are handmade and custom made to order.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has started.

Each custom piece is created specifically to your mold, design, and specifications.
For hygiene and safety reasons, custom grillz cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bybyrd.com with clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and, if approved, repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • All sales are final once a design or mold has been approved.

  • We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or improper care.

  • For non-custom items (ready-to-ship jewelry), we accept returns within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
